Our Process

01

We will sit down and start by talking about what you want. This is a complimentary consult meeting to gather information and see if we are a good fit for your project. We will start to discuss how you want your home to look and feel.

DEVELOPMENT 

Either come with your plans or we can set you up with a trusted architect or draftsman depending on your needs.  It is possible that your project may only need renderings from our design team.  In this step, we will determine a well thought out plan to get started & a PSA (Professional Service Agreement) will be signed to keep momentum leading up to the project start date.

DESIGN

At this point your project is fully developed and we can now give you a hard bid on your actual construction project. After the bid is approved we will explore the detailed design of your project and create a digital design book.

CONSTRUCTION

A construction contract is signed prior to mobilizing on the project. The contract can have exhibits, that include scheduling, design, construction documentation all based on size, and scale of project.

As demo begins, the design is refined and client approved for each selection as the project unfolds.

PUNCH LIST

15- 30 days after completion of your project we will return to fix noted issues and do finishing touches and then...you get to truly enjoy your dream home!
